Updates
This week practices are at West Park… 4:30-6:00 .. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We open up at Home Friday against Evanston 5:30 West Park.
We need Waivers, Birth Certificates, and Registration Fees
Before we begin the season on May 22, we need to complete the official paperwork.
Before any boy can play an official game, each family needs to complete a WAIVER and return it along with a copy of your child’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE to me. You also need to pay the REGISTRATION FEE of $575 (same as last year).
1. WAIVERS can be found here.
2. BIRTH CERTIFICATES. If your son played last year, we still have his certificate on file, so you don’t need to provide a new copy. (thank David Grumhaus for that suggestion). Anyone new to the organization will have to provide one.
3. PAYMENT. You can give Bill Hanekamp a check for the amount (payable to Lake Forest Baseball Association). Or you can pay online here.
PLEASE DO NOT hand anything to the coaches or another person associated with LFBA or mail it to the PO Box because it will be too difficult to track who has submitted the material.
BLUE TEAM parents can hand it to Bill Hanekamp at a practice.
Unfortunately, if we don’t have the paperwork for any boy prior to the first game, he can’t play.
