AIMS AND GOALS

The following outlines our aims and goals:

To develop and exhibit good sportsmanship at all times
To provide a quality environment that maximizes the opportunity for our players to further their baseball skill and knowledge
To better prepare our ballplayers for the competition of high school baseball and beyond
To provide coaching that can teach and refine the baseball skills necessary to play this game at a high level
To develop a winning attitude and program
To build character in our children at an early age
To show our players the value of hard work, discipline, teamwork, and leadership
To develop a program that systematically helps build our players’ skills and knowledge of the game from ages 9 thru 14
To provide the highest degree of competitive baseball
